Help & Support

Thank you for choosing Creative Her theme for your website. We are more than happy to help you set up your site to look and function just like or similar to our demo sites.

Customization of third-party plugins, adding new features or custom CSS changes are not covered under our support. If you would like to discuss custom features required for your site, please contact us here.

Before submitting the ticket, make sure that WordPress and all plugins are updated and check out the setup instructions page first to see if what you need help with has already been covered.

Common Issues

Theme missing Style.CSS stylesheet error is very common and very easy to fix. If you get this error, it means the wrong file is being uploaded to WordPress. When you purchase our theme, you will get access to the PDF document containing URL and password to the instructions – many people attempt to upload this PDF file to WordPress but instead, you should open it to access our instructions.

“Incompatible Archive” Error means that there was an error verifying the compressed .zip file you are trying to upload. To solve it, you can either install this plugin or add this code to your current function.php file by going to Appearance > Theme File Editor.

add_filter( 'unzip_file_use_ziparchive', '__return_false' );

If you are unable to import the theme’s demo content (via Kadence Starter Templates plugin), it usually means the server is timing out due to not having memory or other resources. This is a very common issue with websites hosted on Bluehost. You’ll need to increase the PHP memory limit and upload size to the maximum; you can ask your hosting provider to do that for you.

Sometimes after importing demo pages, blocks containing blog posts won’t show and a “No Blog Posts” message will appear – that means that categories need to be reassigned. To do that, edit that page, click on the blog post block, remove the current category and add it again.

Some third party tools, such as Google Analytics or Pinterest, require a tracking code to be added to <head> tag. To be able to do that, you can use “Insert Header and Footers by WPBeginner” plugin. After downloading and activating it, go to Settings > Insert Headers & Footers and add your code to the Header or Footer. Save.
